About Us

We provide educational assistance and counseling services online and in Person, right in your comfort space. Psych Within is an initiative that took its shape during the time of the pandemic. It is MSME registered UDYAM-RJ-17-0150545. Under the name, several sessions have been provided pro bono to people suffering from various adjustment issues related to career, relationships, stress, and other mental health issues. Since its inception Psych Within is continuing with its legacy of providing services related to mental health awareness and imparting knowledge on the subject through various crash courses for students. We promise you that all your details will be kept confidential and secured with us!

Dr. Aayushi Soral

is a trained psychology professional with a strong academic and applied background in the field.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rajasthan, with a specialisation in Guidance and Counselling, and has been awarded a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, with a focus on parenting.

She has qualified national-level examinations, including NET and GATE in Psychology, and is a certified Community Mental Health Professional trained by NIMHANS, Bangalore.

Her work spans both academic and applied domains. She has presented research at various national and international conferences and has been associated with institutions such as the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI) and other research organisations.

She has experience working with children with special needs, adolescents, and women in vulnerable situations, and continues to engage as an online tutor, counsellor, and visiting faculty in psychology.

Through Psych Within, the aim is to bring together academic depth and practical experience into a space that is reflective, accessible, and grounded in understanding.
